- Promise of skill and effectiveness in teaching and advising students.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must be able to learn, adapt, and be flexible in an office and classroom.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Must be self-motivated, teachable, willing and able to learn, and a team player
- Must be dependable and committed to continuous improvement, learning, and personal growth.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Must be able to pay attention to detail.
- Should be a committed and practicing Christian
Main duties and responsibilities: - Teach the allocated workload in a semester
- Prepare assessment tools and marking guides accordingly
- Teach and assess students in accordance with the Universityâs Curriculum
- Must be present for all lecturers
- Should attend to studentsâ academic needs and also offer advice.
- Must be available for departmental, academic and administrative meetings
- Should be willing to uphold the Universityâs instruments of Identity
