Key Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment collection, and supplier payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are remitted on time.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor depreciation.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA Part II or higher (CPA-K preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Knowledge of local tax laws is essential.
