- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the organization's administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and logistics.
- Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the operations of the Central Finance Facility (CFF).
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional Certification or Training at-least level 2 of. CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
Related Job Experience - At least 3 years’ experience in financial management in medium to large size organizations, with 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing financial controls and processes.
- Familiarity of usage of Sage Pastel Accounting Software.
- Proven experience to manage and engage teams for delivery of results
