The role is open to Ugandan locals only. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA-U, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector is required.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, Ugandan tax law, and statutory regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
