Duty Station: Kampala
Duration: 3-year contract (renewable subject to availability of funds and satisfactory performance) Purpose of the Job: To take charge of the finance function of AIC, and ensure that the organization’s finances are well-managed and properly utilized for maximum accountability and impact. Person Specifications: - Academic Qualifications: A degree in Accounting or Finance and full professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA). A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an NGO setting, 3 of which should be at senior level.
- Other Skills: Strong budgeting and planning experience, proficiency in financial reporting, excellent leadership, and computer literacy in accounting software.
