Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor cash flow management strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage the external audit process and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.).
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Fully qualified professional accountant (CPA-K, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax legislation.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
