- Identify and develop new customer opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Collect and report market feedback
- Ensure product availability and visibility
- Execute daily route plans to maximize coverage and sales efficiency
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1 year FMCG field sales or distribution experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good territory planning skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
