Finance and Fundraising Lead Role Purpose To oversee financial management, resource mobilization, and fundraising activities that support the sustainability and growth of the JA Uganda Alumni Network. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records for the alumni network.
- Develop and monitor budgets for alumni activities.
- Support fundraising strategies and resource mobilization efforts.
- Identify funding opportunities and potential partners.
- Prepare financial reports and updates for leadership.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in financial activities.
- Support financial planning and sustainability initiatives.
Key Competencies - Strong financial management skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability.

Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: - Must be between 25 and 35 years old.
- Must be a JA Uganda alumnus/alumna in good standing.
- Demonstrate commitment to JA Ugandaâs vision, mission, and core values.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Be willing and able to commit to a three (3)-year term of service.
- Lead and influence a growing alumni network.
