About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and administrative processes, be proficient in accounting software, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This role will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Talent Foresight team. Responsibilities Financial Accounting (70%) ⢠Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. ⢠Prepare and reconcile bank statements. ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ⢠Assist with the preparation of financial reports. ⢠Ensuring regulatory compliance. (Filing Tax Returns, PAYE and NSSF) Administrative Support (15%) ⢠Manage office supplies and equipment. ⢠Coordinate travel arrangements for team members. ⢠Maintain office records and files. ⢠Provide general administrative support to the team. Human Resources Support (15%) ⢠Assist with onboarding new hires. ⢠Maintain employee records. ⢠Coordinate employee training and development programs. Qualifications ⢠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ⢠1-3 years of experience in a finance or administrative role. ⢠Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. ⢠Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks online. ⢠Proficiency in Google Workspace. ⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills. ⢠Strong attention to detail. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
