Controller ship - Provision of daily bank/cash reconciliations driving real time posting of financial transactions in MS Dynamics 365 ERP not limited to production & sales orders together with invoicing and collections.
- Monitor and analyze stock movements, ensuring variances are fully supported and explained, including yield, production losses, mix, and blending variances.
- Take lead in coordination of the budgeting process, tracking performance with clear commentaries explaining the variances and provide insights to the management.
- Develop a mechanism of harmonizing key performance indicators with attention to plant/operation KPIs across the Business to deliver bench marking and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to the chart of accounts hierarchy in MS Dynamics 365 postings to deliver automation of financial reporting including month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Performance Manager - Create Financial performance dashboards including scenarios modelling to identify potential risks and opportunities in business strategies to aid in quick decision making.
3. Value manager - Ensure compliance with all Internal financial and accounting policies and guidelines including authorization matrix's.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to internal policies, processes and controls to minimize risks and eliminate fraud. (Zero tolerance to controllable losses)
- Assist in developing governance frameworks for data accuracy and compliance
4. Strategic Partnering - Champion the automation of financial reports in MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Support efficiency and change management opportunities within the Company.
Requirements Technical Competencies - A degree in Commerce or Finance or Business studies. A professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) is a strong added advantage.
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in a busy business environment
- Highly developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and application of management information systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and specifically spreadsheet design
Management Skills - Good oral; written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Multitasking capabilities with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
- Team player with strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
