The role will oversee finance, treasury, budgeting, procurement, and administrative functions to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure strong liquidity and treasury management to support lending and withdrawals.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards.
- Monitor branch and product profitability.
- Enforce cost control and operational efficiency across all branches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, reconciliations, and fraud prevention.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and asset control.
- Manage payroll and HR administrative processes.
- Support investor confidence and reporting for savings and investment products.
- Lead and develop the finance and administration team.
Key Requirements - Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required or in progress.
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in finance or accounting.
- Leadership experience in microfinance, banking, or fintech is an added advantage.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, treasury, budgeting, and operational control.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
