In this role, you will be at the forefront of introducing and selling an innovative insurance product to potential customers. The position is primarily field-based, with occasional work at our partner offices. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and are motivated by performance-based rewards, we encourage you to apply. Type: 6-month assignment (with possibility of extension) Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive sales of the insurance product through direct engagement with potential customers in the field.
- Collaborate with our partner’s sales team during field activities and at branch locations.
- Clearly explain product benefits and enrollment details to customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market insights.
- Attend training and performance coaching sessions as required.
Key Qualifications: - Previous experience in field sales (insurance, financial products, or FMCG strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and operate in diverse field environments.
- Digital literacy, including the use of work tools for reporting and communication.
