Job Summary Field Sales Agent (FSA) is responsible for prospecting and selling Chrif Products and services through allocated markets. Additionally, the FSA will also provide a prompt, dependable, high-quality experience to all customers ensuring that they custom fitted to the products & services that meets their needs. - Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.Â
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products & services through physical & Online sales activities
- Serves customers by selling products, solutions and meeting customer needs.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various lead generation strategiesÂ
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by effectively demonstrating product value.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.Â
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.Â
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.Â
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.Â
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing & new customers through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Keeps Sales manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Experience & Knowledge required (to do the job): - Minimum High-level certificate with 3 years
- Bachelors in any related field with 2 years in experience in sales,Â
- Experience in communication and technology is an added value

- Be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications.Â
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Ability to prioritise workloads and be capable of managing a broad range of areas.Â
