Role:

To be responsible for overseeing recruitment, staff training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to support the efficient operation and growth of the microfinance institution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field. ( Atleast 1 year working in a Microfinance )
