We serve individuals, groups, savings associations, cooperatives, churches, and investment clubs, combining strong microfinance principles and banking discipline to support sustainable growth and financial inclusion. Role Summary Are you a hardworking and ambitious woman who knows how to talk to people and build trust?
Do you want to earn money while helping other women grow their businesses? Kray Microfinance is looking for Female Relationship Officers to lead our Mama Cash Program — a powerful initiative supporting women to save, learn, and access loans. What You Will Do: - Recruit women into the Mama Cash program
- Help them save consistently for 30 days
- Guide them through financial training
- Support them to access loans and grow their businesses
What We Offer: - Monthly Retainer: UGX 200,000
- Daily Field Facilitation, Lunch, Data (based on activity)
- Attractive commissions on signups, savings, and loan disbursements
- Opportunity to earn over UGX 700,000+ monthly
Who Should Apply: - Minimum: Senior 4 / Certificate / Diploma
- Women who are energetic and confident
- Prior experience in group loans is an added advantage
- Experience in sales, business, or customer engagement is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in the field (markets, shops, communities)
