Key Responsibilities - Manage maintenance of buildings, utilities, and medical support infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facility budgets, procurement, and service contracts.
- Monitor security, cleaning, and waste management services.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and occupational safety.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
