Expression Of Interest For The Provision Of Health Club Services In Kampala Cft Reference: 10522299 tender at TotalEnergies

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners, TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited, and the East African Crude Oil Pipeline Limited (EACOP), invites interested individuals and companies to submit bids for the Call for Tender (CFT) for the Provision of Health Club Services within Kampala, as further described below.

Scope of Work:
i. Provision of Health Club Services at 1 or more facilities within Kampala and surrounding areas up to 15-20 kms away from the Central Business District (CBD).
ii. The facilities should, at a minimum provide access to gymnasium, swimming pool and an outdoor sports facility (e.g. soccer, squash, tennis/basketball courts).
iii. The facilities should be in accessible and secure locations with acceptable Health Safety and Environment standards.

Interested parties shall demonstrate the following a minimum requirements:

1. Pictorial evidence of existing Health Club Services, including description of layout and equipment. This evidence should include layout of the facility.
2. Evidence of experienced personnel running facility.
3. Evidence of current registration or progress of application to the National Supplier Database (NSD) managed by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) and operating licenses.
4. Experience of at least 3 years in providing similar services to other corporate entities.

Interested parties shall request for the Prequalification package for the aforementioned services by submitting an email request to: ep.pre-qualification-ugtotalenergies.com on or before 13th October 2026, not later than 14:00 hrs (GMT+3). Email and attachments shall not exceed 10MB.

Interested parties shall:
i. Quote in the subject line "CFT Ref No: 10522299 - Provision of Health Club Services"
ii. Provide the details of the participating company, name and physical address, contact person including a phone and email contact.

Following receipt of the pre-qualification email request, COMPANY shall register the interested parties in its e-sourcing platform ARIBA, to enable the interested parties to access the CFT package and submit their bids on or before Tuesday 27th October 2026, 14:00 hrs (GMT+3). Please note that ARIBA will accept individual attachments and compressed folders (zip) not exceeding 150MB per document upload. Documents may be split up to meet this system requirement.
