Expression Of Interest For The Provision Of Catering Services For Kampala Offices Cft Reference tender at TotalEnergies

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners, TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited, and the East African Crude Oil Pipeline Limited (EACOP), invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing catering services to its Kampala Offices, as further described below.

Scope of Work:
i. Provision of Lunch at KAMPALA Offices in line with Acceptable HSE Standards.
ii. Provision of local and continental menu options to cater to personnel of diverse nationalities.
iii. The meals shall be prepared off-site and delivered to COMPANY premises using vehicles of the right HSE Standard.
iv. Running of a canteen space, provided by COMPANY within its office premises in a professional manner.
v. Provision of catering tools and equipment at COMPANY premises.
vi. The service provider shall have appropriately trained and experienced personnel to execute the service.

EOI participation
Interested parties shall express their interest by submitting an email request to: ep.pre qualification-ugtotalenergies.com on or before 13th October 2026, no later than 17:00 hrs (GMT+3) to request for the prequalification questionnaire for the aforementioned services.

Interested parties shall:
i. Quote in the subject line; “EOI Ref No: 10522306 – Provision of Catering Services for Kampala Offices”
ii. Provide the details of the participating company, name and physical address, contact person including a phone and email contact.
Note that there is a mandatory requirement to be registered to the National Supplier Database (NSD) managed by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) to be considered for a contract award.

Following receipt of the EOI email request, COMPANY shall register the interested parties in its e-sourcing platform ARIBA to enable the interested parties to submit their completed prequalification questionnaires on or before 27th October 2026, 17:00 hrs (GMT+3).
