At Raising The Village, we build and strengthen pathways out of ultra-poverty with last-mile communities in sub-Saharan Africa. Our approach is guided by data, designed with communities, and scaled by partnerships. Through a 24-month, village-wide program, we support households to strengthen livelihoods, improve wellbeing, and sustain progress over time. Since 2016, we have partnered with nearly two million people across Uganda and our Learning Hub countries, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We are a rapidly growing international development organization with more than 400 team members across sub-Saharan Africa and North America. Raising The Village (RTV), now invites reputable and qualified companies in Northern Uganda, west Nile region, Southwestern, Eastern Uganda and Northern Uganda to express interest in the provision of supplies and Works under the following Categories: - Provision of Nursery bed Seedlings (grafted Passion Fruits Seedlings UPF 12 and Non-Grafted Passion Fruits Seedlings UPF 12)
- Construction of wash facilities (Drilling of bore-holes, Bore holes rehabilitation, Normal Springs, Springs with tanks, and shallow wells)
- Vehicle Hire (Eastern Uganda, Northern Uganda and West Nile)
- Office Supplies (all regions)
- Office Furniture and fittings (Eastern Uganda, Northern Uganda and West Nile)
- General Merchandise (all regions).
Interested Applicants should email lenders raisingthevillage.org to register their Interest together with (Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration, Valid Trading License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Company Profile, Evidence of relevant experience and past performance (share copies of contracts and purchase orders), at least 3 Client reference letters or contact details of referees, Professional certifications, license and permits relevant to the category applied for (Where applicable), Bank statement (February 1, 2026-July 31, 2026) and the Contact details of the Company Representative). - The email subject matter should be RTV-EOI-2026/003 “categoryâ€.
