• Planning menus for all kinds of people.
• Preparing for special dietary needs.
• Proper storage and handling of food.
Qualifications, Competence, and Experience:
• Degree/diploma or related certificate in culinary science.
• Proven work experience as a chef or cook.
• Versatile in local and intercontinental cuisines.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Hands-on experience with various equipment.
