Job Description
To ensure the implementation of the Prestige / Executive Banking value proposition and its financial and non-financial objectives in alignment with the overall Affluent Clients requirements through a team of Prestige / Executive Bankers.
Accountable for overall risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of Prestige / Executive Banking.
Continually provides feedback to ensure that the products and services of the bank meet the needs of the client.Drives operational efficiencies and cost optimisation across the portfolio. Responsible for overall Client growth and acquisition strategies to grow Market Share.
Ensures profitability of the Prestige / Executive Banking portfolio through the identification of opportunities, actively managing customer migration between segments and sub-segments, etc.
Ensures successful retention of existing customers to strengthen and expand relationships.
Inspires the team to deliver on the Group's shared purpose and instilling a culture which enables the Group to evolve into a client led platform organisation.Analyses internal inefficiencies and its impact on clients and staff members who are servicing the client and puts appropriate action plans in place.
Qualifications
First Degree Business Commerce
1-2 years exposure to the development, design and enablement of segment value propositions. Understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations.
3-4 years experience in consumer banking, including managing a team of bankers.
Knowledge and experience of prestige consumers, their needs and their markets gained from industry experience.
Experience in managing an income statement and balance sheet.
