Preferred Profile: - Female candidate, aged 27â37 (preferred).
- Strong understanding of land tenure, land rights, or land administration issues in Uganda.
- Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office, virtual meeting platforms, and digital scheduling/document tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive information.
Responsibilities or duties Key Responsibilities: - Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and briefing notes.
- Coordinate with government offices, partners, and stakeholders on land-related matters.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for meetings.
- Organize and maintain project files, records, and documentation.
- Support logistics for field visits, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conduct basic research and compile briefing materials on land policy matters.
- Manage incoming communications and prioritize requests.
Qualifications or requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related). Experience needed - 3+ years' experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Uganda's land governance context is an added advantage.
