They will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MDâs working life and communication. Key Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Follow up on commercial operational activities with different departments as and when requested by the Managing Director.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing the Managing Directorâs calendar and setting up meetings by supporting in planning of the weekly schedule.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the Managing director.
- Conducting research and analysis on issues of interest to the Managing Director.
- Supporting and managing a high volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the Managing Director.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Proven work experience (4 years) as an Executive Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Agile, flexible and ability to work with diverse teams.
