- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
- Prepare detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Supervise event staff and manage on-site operations
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client service orientation
