- Logistical Support: Coordinating the transportation and setup of audio equipment, décor, and other event materials.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with vendors on-site (venue staff, security, caterers) to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any immediate issues or emergencies that arise during an event in a calm and efficient manner.
- Post-Event Breakdown: Assisting with packing up equipment and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering insights from guests and clients about their experience.
