Job Description/Requirements Job Duties: - Oversee the maintenance, repair and upgrading of school buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
- Manage utilities, including water, electricity and waste disposal, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialised projects.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to estates and facilities management.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certification in facilities or estates management is an added advantage.
- Practical experience in water systems, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage and supervise contractors.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
