ERP Production Data Entry Clerk job at Chint

I. Position Overview

Our company is currently implementing an ERP system and is seeking dedicated ERP Production Data Entry Clerks to handle the accurate and timely entry and maintenance of production-related data. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and real time availability of production data within the ERP system to support production operations and decision making.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Production Data Entry: Accurately enter daily production data into the ERP system, including work orders, material consumption, machine runtimes, and output quantities.
• Data Maintenance & Updates: Responsible for the entry, review, update, and archiving of master data in the ERP system, including material master data, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product codes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Inventory Data Management: Record inventory movements including raw material receipts, work in progress transfers, and finished goods receipts, supporting effective inventory monitoring and control.
• Data Verification & Reporting: Verify data before entry to ensure correctness; promptly report any data anomalies and assist relevant departments in resolving issues.
• Report Compilation: Regularly compile and organize production data within the ERP system and assist in generating production reports
• Other Tasks: Complete other assignments as directed by supervisors.

III. Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in computer operations and office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Basic knowledge or experience with ERP system operations (experience with Yongyou, Kingdee, SAP, Odoo, or similar ERP systems preferred).
• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with Chinese management).
• Previous work experience in manufacturing, production enterprises, or warehouse data entry is preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
