The successful candidate will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other business applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in business systems, process automation, data management, and user support within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and business systems.
- Provide first-level technical support to ERP users across various departments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support data entry, data validation, and data integrity within business systems.
- Assist in preparing user manuals, system documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Train and support end users on ERP functionalities and business applications.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and deployment of new ERP modules.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives and system optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on data security, confidentiality, and information management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Applicants must possess either: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems
- OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Computing
Skills and Competencies - Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of business processes and information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of databases and data management.
