Responsibilities - Teaching and Instruction: Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and potentially postgraduate students in Environmental Health Sciences. This includes developing course syllabi, learning materials, and assessments.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of the Environmental Health Sciences curriculum.
- Student Support and Assessment: Set, administer, and mark examinations, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback, academic advising, and pastoral care to students.
- Research and Scholarship: Engage in active research, publish findings in refereed journals, and contribute to the body of knowledge in the discipline. This is critical given the minimum three publications requirement.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with current developments and trends in the environmental health field.
Qualifications and Experience - Either a related academic Doctorate or a Masters Degree with six (06) years teaching experience in the same discipline plus at least three publications in a refereed journal or a book chapter.
