The role is responsible for SME customer acquisition, driving uptake of ICT and converged solutions, and expanding market coverage in key trade areas. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and onboard new SME customers within assigned territories.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation across the following solutions:
- FTTO & FWA (Fixed Telecom and Fixed Wireless Access)
- Wi-Fi-SIMU solutions (voice, data, and mobile money services)
- SME Team Bundles
- Web Phone solutions
- ICT and converged services (including Microsoft licenses, IoT, Smart Eyes, Smart Travel, etc.) using the Enterprise Mobile Sales App (EMS).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering customized solutions aligned to SME business needs.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Uphold and promote the brand values of innovation, reliability, and customer-centricity in all client engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or SME-focused industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and mobile sales applications is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Wakiso, Mukono, Nakawa, Makindye, Rubaga and Kawempe are strongly encouraged to apply.
