Enrolled Nurses job at Stardena

Job Purpose

The Enrolled Nurses will provide everyday clinical nursing care, manage patient wards, administer prescribed therapeutics, and support clinical learning as part of a teaching hospital environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient triaging and continuous monitoring of admitted patients.
• Administer prescribed pharmaceutical treatments, injections, and wound management procedures.
• Maintain detailed, organized patient charts and report changes in patient conditions to the doctor-in-charge.
• Ensure strict adherence to universal infection control and hospital cleanliness protocols.
• Assist in setting up medical equipment and stabilizing patients during emergencies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Valid Certificate in Nursing from a recognized training institution.
• Licensing: Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) with an active, up-to-date practicing license.
• Skills: Good clinical documentation, teamwork skills, and ability to manage ward workflows efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: UGX 300,000
