- Patient Observation: Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse or Medical Officer.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate nursing records, including observations and interventions provided.
- Infection Prevention: Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Wound Care: Assist in wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.
- Patient Support: Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and feeding needs.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations as part of the nursing team.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care.
