The Enrolled Midwife will support the provision of safe and quality maternal and newborn services under the direction of qualified healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal care.
- Monitor mothers and newborns and report abnormalities promptly.
- Assist with safe deliveries and emergency interventions as directed.
- Provide newborn care and support breastfeeding.
- Educate mothers on maternal and newborn health.
- Maintain accurate maternity records.
- Observe infection prevention and control procedures.
- Support family planning and reproductive health services.
Requirements: - Certificate/Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent.
- Valid registration and practicing licence.
- Relevant maternity experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
