Background

JIVO Energy, a contractor working under Total energies EP Uganda Tilenga project, is seeking to recruit two (2) Electrical Interns to support the implementation of a Tilenga Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar PV electrical systems.
• Support cable laying, termination, and electrical testing activities.
• Assist with inspections and commissioning under the guidance of supervisors.
• Observe and comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Electrical Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an added advantage.
• Willingness to leam, work in the field, and uphold high safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Notes:

N.B Project host community will be given a priority
