Our model brings together key local actors: community-based organizations (CBO) with peer mobilisers who act as health companions to girls; public and private health clinics that deliver care; and retail partners that redeem Tiko Miles -our behaviour-change incentive programme that rewards service uptake and feedback. We invest in partners by strengthening CBO capacity, training frontline workers and providers, supporting clinic quality improvement, and compensating partners based on performance. Our technology platform connects all actors by enabling referrals, verifying service delivery, facilitating payments, and generating real-time data. The job The Ecosystem Trainer will work closely with all actors across Tiko Ecosystems to ensure that they can work with our platform and its offers. In this role, you'll be responsible for: - Conducting training when a new clinic, provider or retailer is onboarded onto our platform. This training will ensure that the actor is aware of how Tiko works and their role in the ecosystem, our standard operating procedure, our code of conduct and other policies they would need to comply with.
- Tracking inventory of all actors on the platform and whether each actor has a sufficient number of people who have been trained on Tiko at all times.
- Updating actors when new offers are introduced on the platform and providing the training on how these can be accessed, and on how they work.
- Identifying, preventing and responding to and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
About you You are tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging and the use of applications. You have brilliant interpersonal skills and can lead a team. You're a problem solver, who has the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done. Requirements - Based in Wakiso, Uganda (mandatory).
- 4+ years of experience in community development and public health programs (SRH).
- Over 3 years working experience in facilitating or training of trainers (ToT).
- Proven experience in developing learning programmes
- Degree in Social Science, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field preferred.
- Approachable and works well in a team.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Compensation & Benefits The gross salary range per month for this position is UGX4,009,520 - UGX6,014,281. Your final salary will be determined based on your experience and alignment with your future colleagues. In addition to your annual salary, we offer you: - Health and accident insurance
