Job Summary
P4T is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and passionate individuals to fill various positions across its Education, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Vocational Skills Training (VST), and School Support Services for the 2026 program year.
Successful candidates will work closely with learners, communities, and partners to deliver high-quality services in a humanitarian and multicultural setting.
Early Childhood Development (ECD) Positions
a) ECD Caregivers (04 Positions)
b) Assistant ECD Caregivers (04 Positions)
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):
- Provide age-appropriate care and early learning activities
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Support childrenâs emotional, physical, and social development
- Work closely with parents and school management
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant academic or professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (where applicable)
- Ability to work in a multicultural and refugee context
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to child protection and safeguarding policies
