JOB DETAILS:

To provide reliable transportation services for the Institute while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and timely handling of pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Services:

• Safely transport clients and deliver packages to specified destinations on schedule
• Complete office pickups and other administrative transportation needs
• Maintain punctuality for all scheduled trips and appointments

Route Planning & Navigation:

• Proactively research and plan for potential route obstacles (weather, traffic, road closures)
• Utilize navigation applications to determine most efficient routes
• Operate fleet tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and optimize routing

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

• Ensure vehicle is always properly fueled and prepared for service
• Report maintenance needs and arrange for timely repairs
• Maintain accurate digital records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure full compliance with all safety standards using automated reporting tools

Record Keeping & Compliance:

• Maintain comprehensive digital logbooks for all trips and vehicle maintenance
• Keep all required documentation current and properly filed

Client Relations:

• Interact professionally with all clients and passengers
• Provide courteous and efficient transportation services

Additional Duties:

• Perform any other transportation-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• Minimum Ordinary Level Certificate with pass in English
• Valid Class B driving permit (minimum requirement)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years professional driving experience with reputable organization
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (preferred)

• Ability to handle various road conditions and situations
