- Deliver packages, goods, mail, and other items to designated people and offices.
- Conduct pre-journey checks on vehicle condition (engine oil, water, brakes, tire pressure, etc.) and perform basic repairs (tightening bolts, topping up fluids) as needed.
- Report all vehicle damages, accidents, or mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo during transit.
- Maintain a detailed travel log, recording destinations, travel time, and work hours.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Submit monthly vehicle reports in compliance with company policy.
- Adhere to traffic rules, speed limits, and designated parking areas.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend repairs or part replacements.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and light company vehicles when required.
- Report major mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager without delay.
