The role involves driving staff, guests, and materials as required, ensuring proper maintenance of the vehicle, and adhering to all traffic and organizational regulations. Responsibilities - Safely drive staff, visitors, and goods to designated destinations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition through regular checks and prompt reporting of maintenance needs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior).
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, service schedules, and repairs.
- Comply with traffic laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist with loading and offloading of goods or materials when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and property in transit.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Requirements: - Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful.
- Physical fitness and ability to assist with handling goods.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic regulations, and road safety guidelines.
Qualifications: - Minimum of O-Level Certificate (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and 3–5 years of professional driving experience.
- Defensive driving training will be an added advantage.
