Job Purpose
- To teach individuals how to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while ensuring they meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements to obtain a driver's license.
- To provide practical driving lessons, explaining traffic laws, road signs, and safety protocols, and helping students gain confidence in their driving skills.
- To assess students' progress, offer constructive feedback, and prepare them for both written and practical driving exams at IOV. The overall goal is to equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and habits required for safe and competent driving.

Responsibilities
1. Delivering Driving Lessons:
Conduct one-on-one or group driving lessons.
Teach students how to operate a vehicle, perform basic maneuvers, and follow traffic rules.
Provide practical driving experience on different types of roads (e.g., urban, highway, residential)
2. Assessing Student Progress:
Monitor students' driving skills and behavior during lessons.
Evaluate progress and identify areas needing improvement.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving skills.
3. Preparing Students for Driving Tests:
Ensure students are ready for both the practical and theoretical components of the driving exam.
Simulate driving test conditions to help students feel confident.
Teach students how to perform specific maneuvers required in driving rests (e.g., parallel parking, three-point turns).
4. Ensuring Safety:
Promote safe driving practices, including the use of seat belts, obeying speed limits, and maintaining a safe following distance.
Educate students about road safety, including how to handle emergency situations and avoid potential hazards.
Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working condition for safety during lessons.
