- All successful bidders must pay 50% of the bid price (nonrefundable) at the fall of the hammer to the given account and the balance to be paid within 5 working days. Failure of which the deposit shall be forfeited.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to resale the asset in case the initial bidder fails to deposit 50% within one hour from the fall of the hammer.
