Disposal Notice tender job at Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization (LVFO)

The Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization (LVFO) is an institution of the East African Community (EAC) whose mandate is to coordinate the management and development of Fisheries and Aquaculture resources in the EAC region.

The EAC-LVFO intends to dispose of one used Motor Vehicle on an “as is, where is” basis. LVFO now invites sealed/password protected bids for the purchase of the motor vehicle as detailed in the bidding document. A summary of the Asset details appears below:

Requests for Clarifications and enquiries may also be sent to the Email address procurementsec.lvfo.org Clarifications or any changes, modifications or withdrawal in regard to this Tender shall be communicated on this Website.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the items at the LVFO Office premises at the address given below from 12^th November to 25^th November 2025 between 11.00 am to 12.30p.m and 2.00p.m to 4.00p.m only on working days i.e from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Interested bidders will be required to submit all Bid forms in one original property (lifed in, and enclosed in one plain envelope (or one complete PDF document for electronic submission), clearly marked “BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE (DESCRIPTION)) addressed as below, and delivered to the LVFO bid box on or before Friday 28^th November 2025 at 2.30pm local time. Password protected electronic submissions are also acceptable to the dedicated and secure email: procurementsec.lvfo.org. Bidders shall use only one submission method, but NOT both.

Addendum/s, if any, shall be updated only on the LVFO Website: www.lvfo.org. Bidders are encouraged to frequently visit this website throughout the bidding period to access any addenda.

Bids will be opened, immediately after the deadline, in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend physically in the LVFO Boardroom at the address below, and virtually via a Zoom link to be shared with bidders on request via the email procurementsec.lvfo.org.
