The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about healthcare and committed to our mission of "Family Health Guaranteed." Key Responsibilities - Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Provide professional advice to patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy operations and patient safety.
Requirements - Diploma in Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, or Nursing.
- Must be residing around Kampala.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
