Key Responsibilities - Oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and support departments
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
- Support the GM in strategic and operational planning
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in hotel operations, with 5 years at senior management level
Core Competencies - Operational leadership
- Process optimization
- Quality assurance
- Cross-department coordination
