Key Duties & Responsibilities - Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management.
- Participating in training customers on FINCA Uganda services and products
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive client relationships
- Performing cold-calling and door-to-door sales
- Analyzing the potential of the territory market and keeping track of sales and progress reports
- Resolving customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.

- Excellent at teamwork
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
- Good problem solving, multitasking and negotiation skills.
- High level of analytical and creative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Professionalism
- Fluency in English and one or two local languages
- Ability to ride a motorcycle
Qualification A Diploma or a Bachelorâs degree in Education and any Business-related discipline from a recognized institution Additional Notes - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
