On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Direct Sales Agents to work in Uganda. âJob Purpose: Responsible for generating and closing Sales. This includes both through individual corporate, Home, and office internet sales leads for ODU Devices. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sales Generation :Make sales within assigned territories and focus areas
- Customer Database Management :Onboard and activate new customers
- Market development Customer service.
- Market Activations :Identify and conduct Market activations.
- Meetings : Submit Daily reports, before Close of Business (Sales, Pipeline, Challenges/ Issues)
- Reports :Participate in Meetings and trainings as scheduled by Supervisor (regular and Impromptu)
- Adhere to Routes and Journey Plans as directed or agreed upon by the supervisor and Lead-5G.
- Ensure adherence to company policies
Qualifications: - Diploma or Its Equivalent
Skills : - Possess good communication skills.
- Male or Female preferably below 30 years.
- Energetic, willing to spend 8-10 hrs in the field.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Possess good interpersonal skill (able to form working relationship with the co-workers)
- Ability to learn new concepts.
- Result orientation and strong execution ability
- Strong Selling skills
