Job Summary:

Convert online leads into sales, promote Jubilee life, health, and pension products, and support growth of the digital sales portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Convert digital leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Generate and manage online leads to meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Prepare sales pipelines and meet monthly revenue budgets
• Support digital campaigns, webinars, and product presentations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
• COP is an added advantage
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital sales, telesales, CRM, or call center roles
