Platinum Credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Africa.

Job details:

To drive the growth, adoption, and performance of the Company's digital lending products.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Drive digital product growth, market penetration, disbursements, and portfolio performance.
• Own the USSD (*249#) and mobile app lending channels, optimizing customer journeys and conversion rates.
• Lead customer acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Coordinate digital product enhancements with IT, Credit, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Manage Mambu configurations, digital product reporting, and data integrity.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, PAR30, and digital lending risks.
• Manage relationships with MNOs and other digital service partners.
• Drive performance reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Deliver the digital lending disbursement targets

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital lending, FinTech, mobile financial services, or digital product management.
• At least 2 years' experience in a senior or management role leading digital products and initiatives.
• Proven experience managing USSD and/or mobile lending products, preferably within Uganda or East Africa.
• Experience with Mambu or similar loan management systems and USSD platforms.
• Experience working with MNOs, SMS/shortcode services, or mobile money integrations is an added advantage.
