The position is responsible for leading the design, deployment, optimization, and management of digital power solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead internal and external technical communication to align customer requirements, technical needs, and solution objectives.
- Clarify customer technical requirements, address queries, and present appropriate solutions.
- Design solutions that meet customer requirements, technical specifications, and project objectives.
- Configure products and provide technical input for proposals, solution development, and project delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and relevant teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Lead cross-functional resolution of technical and project issues, ensuring timely closure.
- Support the launch and promotion of new products and solutions through technical enablement and market support.
- Provide technical support for key projects, customer engagements, and business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor developments, and customer needs to identify solution improvement opportunities.
- Enhance solution competitiveness and value propositions based on market insights, customer feedback, and business requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of energy storage, PV, power supply, data center energy, or related technologies.
- Experience in pre-sales solution design, product selection, configuration, and technical support.
- Understanding of go-to-market activities, product launches, and project support processes.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and identify market and solution opportunities.
- Strong technical communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
