Besides, Carlcare also provides professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain. Duties and responsibilities: 1. Video Shooting & Editing ⢠Solid understanding of videography principles: framing, focus, lighting, and motion. ⢠Proficient with major camera brands (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, iPhone, etc.). ⢠Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. ⢠Basic knowledge of audio editing using Audition or similar software is a plus. ⢠Ability to handle subtitles, transitions, animation overlays, and color grading. 2. Digital campaigns ⢠Hands-on campaign planning and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. ⢠Experience running influencer campaigns particularly with local Ugandan creators. ⢠Performance marketing & media buying ⢠Proven experience in running paid ads (Google Ads, META Ads). ⢠Understanding of campaign metrics, ROI and optimization for sales campaigns. ⢠Ability to analyze data and adjust creative/media for best performance. 3. Social Media management ⢠Day-to-day management of brand pages, especially for youth-oriented brands. ⢠Experience growing organic engagement and developing content calendars. ⢠Knowledge of current trends in social media and how to adapt content (especially TikiTok and reels). 4. Content creation and strategy ⢠Experience working with content creators or in-house design teams. ⢠Ability to brief, guide and execute campaigns aligned with the brand's style (e.g HOT series campaigns with music/lifestyle themes). ⢠Event/digital-offline integration ⢠Experience in blending online campaigns with on-ground activations (e.g. campus tours, launch events, shop promotions). ⢠Coordination of social coverage for events (live tweeting, IG stories, YouTube vlogs). ⢠Understanding of e-commerce/digital retail platforms and how digital drives conversions. ⢠A portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns is highly valuable. Qualifications and Key Competencies ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. ⢠3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in consumer electronics or youth-focused brands). ⢠Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and email marketing tools. ⢠Strong knowledge of Ugandaâs digital landscape and youth culture. ⢠Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, trends and viral content. ⢠Excellent communication and project management skills. ⢠Video shooting editing skills are an added advantage Duties and responsibilities: 1.
